From: Effects of alcohol use on sperm chromatin structure, a retrospective analysis

Shows sperm count in a semen sample plotted against self-reported alcoholic drinks/week in a cohort of 209 human male subjects presenting with their partners to an infertility clinic in the American Midwest. Increasing alcoholic drinks/week was associated with lower sperm count. This association was significant when tested with a linear regression model (p = 0.042)
